Welcome! It is early summer in France, and the Poitou Charentes region is blessed once again, as the 2nd sunniest area of France, with sunflower fields emerging to make their annual spectacle.

Now is a great opportunity to buy a property in France. Prices are back to where they were 4 or 5 years ago, British vendors returning to the UK are especially negotiable on price, and after several years of gradually falling in value against the Euro, the £ is finally gaining in strength, and is expected to hit between 1.20 and 1.25 by the year end.
